These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Knitato is not responsible for any additional import fees or customs delays.

Yes! You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Yes! We offer free local pickup from Melbourne CBD and Scoresby, VIC.
Simply select Local Pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1–3 business days. Once it's ready, we'll send you an email with collection instructions and the pickup address.
When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation email ready for verification.

We hope you love your Knitato purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
✔️ Yarn, tools and knitting kits: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔️ Ready-made items: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@knitato.com. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Knitato cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
We carefully inspect every product before it leaves our studio, but if you believe you've received a faulty item or discover a manufacturing defect while knitting, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Simply email customercare@knitato.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. We'll assess your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Please note that minor variations in colour, texture, thickness, or small knots are natural characteristics of premium natural fibres and are not considered faults. Likewise, damage caused by incorrect use, washing, excessive tension, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
