👀 Our Fika Sweater is our most beginner-friendly jumper, not only it is incredibly fashionable but it has a wide snuggly neck collar, gorgeous puffy sleeves, and relaxed fit. Definitely one of our favorite designs so far. The sleeves are designed to be 3/4 length however the kit will include enough yarns and instruction for you to knit your desirable length. 

🎯Level - Beginner: This is designed for the absolute beginner! We will use the basic garter stitch throughout the jumper, which is alternating the Knit and Purl stitch in every row. And then rib stitches for the collar and cuffs. 

✔️Skill - After this project, you will master the following essential skills in knitting:

Knit, purl, circular knitting, decrease (k2tog), picking up stitches for sleeves, magic loop (for the sleeve and cuff), seaming for shoulders, neckline folding (optional)

 📐Sizes:

 We have 2 sizes available:

S-M = AU size 6-12

L-XL = AU size 12-18

So grateful to have made the first hand knit sweater with Karen’s help. The steps and YouTube clips are easy to follow and I still

My best piece ever!

Where do I begin )) first of all, before I even got my knit kit Karen showed herself as the most caring and understanding person, patiently answering my million questions, sending useful tips and links, and just generally providing excellent customer support! The kit has everything you need to complete the jumper, including cute little stitch marker - what a lovely touch! And the jumper itself is just perfection! I loved the garter stitch, the neckline (of which I am particularly proud!), the sleeve length, but most important is that it is knitted in a round which means no seams, apart from those on the shoulders but even those you can make nice and flat and seamless. Now I am going to make this jumper in different colours ))

Fika Sweater: In love

Absolutely recommend all beginners to try out this Fika Sweater Kit! It was the first knit project I completed. There were only a few challenges but Karen from Knitato is so patient and helpful. Her explanations are so clear. I finished within a week in my own pace~ Thank you KNITATO!!!!

So snuggly, so comfortable, my new fave

I thought I preferred making garments in pieces on straight needles and then sewing them together, but oh my gosh, not anymore. Making this in the round felt like knitting a jellyfish. The squishy texture of the garter stitch, the wide open collar, the perfect 3/4 length sleeves to keep the balloon shape out of the way of my little wrists — I love it. The packaging was super cute with a lovely note and a couple of little extras. Thank you so much!
